2013Creating some simple granola bars myself on a sunny afternoon.
Ingredients:
- 75 g oat
- 15 g oat flour
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp sesame
- 1/4 tsp salt
- cinnamon
- 4 tbs (10 g) coco
- 1 1/2 tbs (15 g) flaxseed
- 2 tbs sunflower seed
- 30 g walnut
- 30 g almond
- 50 g cranberries
- 100 g dates
- lemon juice
- 40 g melted butter
- 40 g honey
Just take some porridge oats
add some nuts
then add fruits
and other stuff you like in these bars
Finally add honey and and melted butter
do some stirring
et voila
Finally put in oven at 180°C for about half an hour.
Let it cool down and cut into bars.
